Winter Campaign

This year we are starting our winter appeal early, because Syrian families that have been forcibly evacuated from Ghouta and other parts of Syria in 2018, were transported into Idlib.  An area of Syria that is still being attacked by airstrikes.

Many of these families have slowly made their way on foot from southern Idlib towards the Turkish border.  They are currently camped high in the mountains on the Turkish border. At present they are surviving in the open on the side of the mountains.  However by September the weather will start to get cold and because of the altitude and by November it's possible for these mountainsides to be covered in snow.

Please help these families by donating to our winter appeal.

Syrian families are lacking adequate shelter against the bitter cold. Their situation is desperate.

"A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection." [Bukhari]

Help provide ease this winter and contribute as much as you can, to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people.
